Pawel is an extremely kind, honest, and caring individual with a huge drive personally and professionally. His ability to adapt and compromise in times of pressure and urgency is something to be admired. He has an ability to communicate alongside fellow contractors and clients to gain respect and trust to all, which has been extremely important. Pawels professional approach and attention to detail is very impressive, decorating is, as far as I’m concerned, is one of the most important stages of construction as this provided the wow factor at a handover and Pawl will achieve that top-quality finish every time. Unfortunately Pawel left Raleigh Construction LTD as they have changed their processes and business model which has lead to the loss of a key player.
